Blackjack tables are available in various forms, shapes and types. You can
choose one depending on your usage. The standard forms of blackjack tables will
normally accommodate around seven players and one dealer, which make a total of
eight. Basically, blackjack tables can be classified into three groups,
stationery tables, folding tables and felt layout versions.
Stationery
Blackjack Tables
As the name suggests, these are not meant to be moved from one place to the
other. You can choose from the contemporary chic variants, which use a lot of
color, to the more elegant wood made ones, which are a statement of true class.
Some can be perched on pillars, while others use a solid wood base. Most of
these blackjack tables have provisions for accessories to the tune of money
holders, cup holders, chip trays, money slots and ample storage space.
Folding Blackjack
Tables
Folding blackjack tables are the more compatible versions to be used, either in
your neighborhood club or at home. They are light and portable, and completely
collapsible, consuming very little space. Most of them also have built in money
slots and chip trays for added convenience. These tables are usually in an
octagonal shape and can be used to play other card games as well.
Blackjack Felt
Layouts
These are simply a felt layout with the blackjack labels and spots imprinted.
Blackjack felt layouts come in a variety of sizes. The most common one is the 3
x 6 ft version.
