• Sales tax is only required for orders shipped within the state of California. To have tax removed from your order, please print out the tax exempt form and fax it back to us along with your resellers permit. If the package is being shipped to anywhere outside of California, a tax exempt form is not required.

Tax Exempt Form

• To set up a resellers account, please print out the resellers application and fax the form and your resellers permit to 909-605-8880. Include an email address for account setup. If your business is located in California, you will need to print out the tax exempt form and fax that back along with your resellers permit. Once submitted, our wholesale division will forward our resellers pricelist to the email address provided.

• Coupon codes, online specials, free shipping and any other online promotions are not valid with resellers pricing.
